HOW CAN THE CHEETAR SPRINT PROGRAMME HELP YOUNG ATHLETES ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL?

There is a crucial training period between the ages of 10 and 14 when young athletes should be developing their basic motor skills along with power, stamina and muscular endurance. training These qualities combine to increase a young athletes’ potential for speed.
If this period of development in a young athletes’ career is lost then they may never reach their full sporting potential.

The Cheetar™ Sprint Programme combines the knowledge and coaching experiences of experts so that young athletes can be coached to move and react with balance and power in their chosen sport.
